The way that the online divorce works is payment first, then I collect the information from you, the papers are drafted, transmitted to you for your review.  I answer questions.  After I get the signed originals from you, then papers are filed.  A divorce can be finalized in 90 days.  Generally, a legal separation or other matters can be finalized when filed with the court or within a couple weeks of filing depending on the county rules.  I can explain this in more detail depending on individual circumstances.

NOTE:  The sharp increase in price between the do-it-yourself prices and Lincoln/Pierce County is because of the filing fees.  You will be paying between $240-$270 in court costs.  The only differences is whether you pay it now or if you pay it directly to the court later.
