This is a review of the final papers to make sure that they are accurate and that you understand the remifications of what you're signing. Many times adding a phrase or taking phrases out will save you a lot of grief and money in future litigation. This price is based on 1/2 hour consultation. If the papers are in-depth and a 1 hour consultation is necessary, then I charge $175. Sometimes it is necessary to write the other party or attorney a letter in situations where full disclosure is lacking - such as when the other side doesn't want to provide proof of what the retirement is worth.
